We're coming down to the wire! As election day nears, getting out the vote is more important than ever. Please consider taking a couple of hours of your time this week or weekend to help a Democratic candidate in your area.
With only one week left, it may be more efficient to contact the Democratic campaigns directly to volunteer. With that in mind, I am again posting the list of all Senate, House, and Governors races, with links to thier campaign websites.
I will post the list a final time this Friday so people can use it to volunteer for campaign work in the final 72 hours.
HOUSE SEATS HELD BY REPUBLICAN INCUMBENTS
OPEN HOUSE SEATS
HOUSE SEATS HELD BY DEMOCRATIC INCUMBENTS
Don't forget about the following Democratic incumbents, especially if they are in a close race.

* Let's face it, Lieberman is the defacto Republican candidate
GOVERNOR RACES
IT'S 50-STATE TURNOUT TIME!
Volunteer, walk precincts, make phone calls, talk to friends and family, put out a yard sign, put a bumper sticker on your car. Do whatever you can to help out.

For those of you concerned about election integrity issues
If you are walking precincts the
DNC has made available flyers and door hangers you can print out to inform voters of thier rights. It also lists the
1-888-DEM-VOTE number they can call to report voting problems.
The
Election Protection coalition has set up a voter assistance hotline at
1-866-OUR-VOTE. They need people to man the hotline as well as provide support to ground teams they are deploying in areas they consider to be high risk for voter disenfranchisement. Anyone can volunteer to help, but they especially need attorneys, paralegals, and law students.
And last but not least - VOTE!

Note: I will be posting this for the final time this Friday. If you see any errors, or have links to campaign websites that I don't have, please let me know in the comments and I will correct them before then.
